Requirements:

• Minimum age: 12 years (Basic - Freediver)
• Minimum age: 15 years (Freediver)
• You should be able to swim and have a desire for water
• Medical diving fitness certificate not older than 1 year.
  

Required equipment:

• Own ABC equipment (mask, snorkel, fins (apnea fins)).
• If necessary wetsuit or shorty (don't forget weights and weight belt).

Description and objective:

You will learn the theoretical basics of freediving in a theory session together with your

instructor and in self-study (eLearning).

In the practical part of the course, we will deal with diving for time (static apnea), the

distance diving (dynamic apnea) and deep diving.

The requirements for the PADI Basic Freediver or PADI Freediver are:

• Time dive: 1:30 minutes
• Distance dive: 25 meters
• Deep diving: 10 meters (not required for PADI - Basic Freediver).

Course duration / Course content:

1-2 days / 1 pool session an 2 open water dives

Course price:

• PADI Basic Freediver:    149,00 EUR

• PADI Freediver:               199,00 EUR

plus a certification fee of 99,00 EUR (PADI-eCard)

If a PADI Plastic Brevet Card is desired, an additional fee will be added.
